Shipping
We will ship standard parcel via UPS or Overseas Courier, unless otherwise specified upon receipt of payment. We will contact you via e-mail or phone within 1-2 business days with a quote for the shipment of your package, to be added to your total amount. Micah gallery cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items after they are shipped. If the need arises, we will certainly do whatever we can to help you file a claim.

Returns
All items can be returned for exchange or credit only. Sale items are a final sale. If you wish to return an item, you must first obtain an authorization from Micah Gallery. Notify us at 1-877-299-1340 of your wish to return the item within three days of receipt of the item, and we will send you an authorization via e-mail. When you return your item, include the item, a copy of the original receipt, and a copy of the return authorization e-mail. Ship these items in the original carton with its original packaging. The item being returned must be in the same condition as sent.
